Management & Technology Services Alliance (MTSA) is a joint venture of the MTSA Team of companies; Oasys International and The Kenific Group.
The MTSA team of companies, led by Oasys International as Managing Partner, is a prime contract awardee for DHS's Program Management, Administrative, Operations, and Technical Services II (PACTS II) department-wide IDIQ.
The base contract award is for 2 years and includes an additional 3 one-year option periods. Our contract award (HSHQDC-16-D-P2009) is for Functional Category 1-Program Management and Technical Services.
